Q: What happens during a free on-site quote?

 

A: If you’ve booked a free on-site quote, one of our sales team members will visit your property to take accurate measurements and record site details.

The information is then reviewed by our experienced estimator, who calculates the approximate price based on hedge height, access, and estimated work hours.

You’ll receive your detailed quote by email within 1–2 business days after the visit.

Min Fee

Q: What is your minimum service fee?

 

A:Any service requires a minimum of 2 hours for one gardener, or 1 hour for a two-person team.

This covers travel, equipment setup, ladder safety preparation, and clean-up, allowing us to deliver a clean, complete, and professional result on every visit.

Unexpected 
situation 

Q: What happens if there’s bad weather or an unexpected situation?

 

A: Bad weather is quite common in Melbourne. In the event of heavy rain, strong wind, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to explain the situation and may need to cancel the service for that day.

Your booking will be given priority for the earliest available date, and you’re always welcome to reschedule or cancel if the new time doesn’t suit you.

Q: How can I make a booking?

 

A: You can book a service by:

  • Clicking “Contact Us” on our website to fill out the booking form.

 

We’ll confirm your booking and provide an estimated time slot as soon as possible.

We understand plans can change — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule fairly.
